• Make a note of the cab number – This will be useful for giving us feedback, as well as in case you forget something inside the cab.
• Always make sure that you pay the charges off the meter.
• Always insist on getting a receipt at the end of trip (If you aren’t provided with one already).
• When vacating the cab, ensure you have not left any personal articles in the cab.
• Always report any kind of problems to us immediately.
